When someone faces medical care, is fleeing domestic violence, addiction treatment, or working a program for housing, their companion animals often have nowhere to go and it’s a barrier to help. SAFE Spokane steps in to remove that barrier by providing temporary foster care to allow the person to get the help they need and keep the family together.
